Kaitlyn Zaccagnini, Practice Manager
Veterinary Medicine has always been a passion of mine. I watched E-Vets on Animal planet growing up and knew I would someday end up working in the vet field. I started working as a veterinary assistant in 2013 and moved my way up to Practice Manager in 2019. I have two dogs at home, Melman (rescue mutt 9 yrs) and Sampson (border collie 6 yrs). My favorite animal is a giraffe and my favorite place to visit is Busch Gardens
Mary Teresa Rose, Office Manager
Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland; Mary heard the call to Veterinary Medicine as a young teenager and like many in the profession started as a kennel maid. Ireland at the time did not offer accredited programs for Registered Veterinary Nurses and she took a big leap of faith and completed her studies at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in London.
For more than twenty years Mary practiced all facets of Veterinary Medicine in both large and small practices. Professionally speaking, her absolute number one goal is to train and promote those who wish to move upwards in the profession. Conversely, those who wish to remain in their current roles are welcomed, but expected to execute each transaction to perfection. After all, many of us spend more time with our coworkers than we do with our own families. In early 2000 Mary met her husband who worked for the United States Department of Defense. That afforded her the opportunity to travel the world and although many of the destinations were safe, some were downright frightening. When the opportunity to rotate back to states arose, it took little discussion, and we could not wait to move to a command center in Tampa.
